you can keep most soft corals. I would get a little more lighting though. mushrooms should do fine with wat you have though.

I believe that a devils hand does that when it is trying to grow. if all the other corals look good I would be to concerned just yet, but I'm not expert on that coral so hopefully someone else will offer an opinion.

you lfs should sell live pods. if not I believe swf sells them too.
