Yes you could get by with T5's or Vho's, but the anemone will most likely not be thriving. T5s and vhos aren't capable of reaching the metal halides output.

If you decide to keep the anemone go with Metal halide, they are the best lights you can get for anemones.

If you get a purple tang becarful when adding it. The yellow tangs might attack it. If they do remove the yellows for about an hour, move some rocks around, and let the purple get settled in. Otherwise you should be fine.

If your not doing a reef then the list is good. Be careful when adding tangs of similar body shape though.

You might have to worry about the yellow tang and purple tang when fighting. If they fight pull the yellow tang out of the tank for about an hour, move some rocks around, and let the purple tang settle in.

Imo, A coral catshark is fine for a 180. You can't have a niger trigger with the shark though.
