If I lose power and the water height falls below the box then I will lose suction, correct? So when the power turns back on, will the pump over flow the main tank, or will the box siphion again?

Ok I got a great deal on a tank in michigan for a 180 gallon for only $344. But it is not drilled. What are my options? I am doing a wet/dry. The guy sells these alot and says it can be drilled. I was researching the pro 300 and I think that it is a good wet/Dry but I think the skimmer is crap. One person said that the pump for the skimmer is loud and doesnt work that much. tell me some more info you find out. Cause i am interested too. But I will probably just make my own wet dry to...

well they are all fine again, and the tests all came up good. I guess it was just a thing.

And I use to use a glass hydrometer until I stepped on it. So i dont want to go and break another one.

I use my friends refrac. and I dont like always going over to his house and using it so I want one for my own. But if you dont want him to be in a large 180 gallon tank, then that is fine.
