nooooooo....heard many bad things about them......its another business.....run by a guy Will who ppl have had problems with but seems to be a overall good guy...as long as you keep him on his toes :D Brad

there is a guy in canada that does custom starphire tanks...... very pricy but the best you can get......you can customize the tank in anyway you want...and you can also customize the sump if you want one built Brad p.s. if you want there site or number just say so and give me your email...

i wouldn't put any other fish in that tank and maybe take the clown out........if your fish has gotten ich there is something wrong in your tank...but getting it two times...something is wrong that you are doing...how long has your tank been set-up and do you have lr...or is it just a fish...

hmmm i find when i did that stress was alot higher......i usually take a turkey baster and take about half of the water out of the bag....then put tank water into shipping bag.......then wait an hour do it again...wait an hour and put it in your tank.........also you should leave the lights off...

hmm i think the prizm is louder........you should clean both every week........i find them both high mantianance.................but so are most skimmers Brad if it were me i would spare the money and get alot nicer skimmer

i have heard they have the same basic failure as the rio's...especially if on a wave maker......flow is majorly decreased over time...and after a while i heard it makes a horrible vibrating noice....... but, i trust a rio in running one of my protien skimmers and one running my chiller.....i do...

no offense but in your pic your anenome is totally bleached......so i would say don't add any corals intill you get that under control Brad

no way in is it better then the sea clone..imo both suck but my sea clone pulls almost double what the prizm does Brad

i run dual 175 about 4 inches off of the surface..no heat issues at all.....i run my tank at 79-80 degrees though

mh are a point source of light therefore much more intense and they creat glitter lines which imo help penetrate into the corals tissues.............if i were you i would add 1 vho actinics and 2 vho daylight bulbs and clams and sps should do pretty well in the upper portion of the tank.... or...
