I'd do a small water change with some 90 degree water!! not all at once but soon to get that temp back up to 73-75 and then let the heater bring it back up. your blue tang will probably come down with ich. the zoos and shrooms will probably be okay.

I wouldnt do any fish in a 5g. Maybe a clown goby actually. maybe even two? but no firefish, clowns, grammas, etc. Sexy shrimp would be fine. just remember, 5g tanks leave you no wiggle room, you're really going to have to stay on top of your water quality.

no need to post 5 times in 14 minutes... the thing will take longer than that to rust..
