Worked for me as well, best product I have found for this purpose yet. I have tried several others.

The torch will not move, because it can't. It has a hard, rock like skeleton that is not the least bit mobile. The anemone might move away, but if it has been in this spot for a while it is most likely just going to stay there. If I were you, i would move the torch away from the anemone...

Looks awesome, how long have you set it up? I've been putting a lot of thought into an in-wall tank in the future, what's behind it? Can we get some pics of setup/specs of equipment? Btw, I'm sorry to hear about your surgery, hope you're doing better! ;D
