90% of hobbyists over feed. I feed a little bit of mashed pellet whenever i can during the day, and that means like one pellet at a time, between 5 fish, usually equalling 3 pellets/day.

Thats not even anything compares to metal halide, which is required by clams and anemones, as well as SPS. You may be able to keep those with t-5 in that tank too.
I feed my BTA's and LTA's frozen mysis, they seem to like that pretty well. Silversides aren't the best alternative becasue they are hard on the specamins digestive system.
Well it isnt that deep, so you can get by with t-5's. They're great lights, cheap to run, run cool, and not very expenisve. You can get a top of the line fixture for that tank for 300$ tops.
