the 20k's are much less intense then the 10k's....much lower PAR rating. I would stick with the 10k's, unless you are looking for something extremely blue...

hey guys, figured i'd just add onto this thread instead of making a new one....Here's my Q: I ended up getting the coralife fixture that has the arm...The bulb that it coems with it kinda white...If i bought one the the phoenix 14k's 150 w DE bulbs would i use it in this fixture?

We had one at the pet shop that I work at for a while under t5!!! It did fine and grew about 2 inches larger than when it arived in about 2 months. Then we sold him.

He will do this the most the first day/night he's n there, it will become less cloudy for the next three days or so, and then he will stop pretty much all together.

The worst thing you're doing rigt now is keep taking it out of different tanks...Leave it under your t5's, it will be fine. Test all of your parameters and post the results so we can see if your problem is there. When first introduced to the tank, what was your acclimation procedure?
