I have 2 curly q anemones that were put into the tank at the same time, one is doing great, the other goes from doing ok to not doing well at all, I just snapped this pic of the one that's not doing well...thing is - he will look like this now and then a few hours from now will 'perk up' and...

I feed it regularly, when I feed my fish; I use the formula one and always disolve a portion above it and it devours it...very cool to watch actually. It does have some purplish/pink spots on it, I wonder if it will eventually show alot more color? That would be awesome - it's pretty now, but...

Definitely alot of algae, in fact I was getting a bit concerned about it, had alot of green hair algae & red slime algae, but realized I was running my lights too long, cut them down to 7 hours a day and it's cleared it up quite nicely...I also cut down on feeding everyone, they seem to be ok...

Yeah, I think you're talking about the Mayan temple type of art/sculpture in there...I wasn't sure about it either, but it has grown on me...especially since my shrimp loves it so much, it seems like he's always on it :D

That looks really neat, is the green part of it? Is it still alive? I don't know about the bleached out comment because this thing hasn't changed color since I got it...lionfish, what happened to yours, did it die?

OK, I know I'll probably get flamed for this, but truly, excuses aside, I trusted my LFS (still do!) and I was only there picking up some RO but saw this, discussed my tank & set-up w/him and he said this would do fine, which it has....however, since I was there only to pick up some RO I didn't...

I feel for you! I'm so sorry - I really truly love each of my fish, even my cleaner shrimp! Both he & my clown eat from my hand, so I know they love me too :-) My husband makes fun of me, but I too have named each one, and talk to them like they can understand (I think they do!)...I'm sure this...
