I bought this small colony of zoos a few months ago. Its been spreading nicely, but I recently noticed this thing growing within it. Any ideas what it is, and how to get rid of it?

Ive had one for just about 2 years. I have had my arms in the tank doing all kinds of things, and he has never even attempted to sting me. Dont worry about them, they are great fish. Just dont try and catch it with you bare hands and you will be fine.

havent seen them on anything. All the other fish seem fine, no one is bothering them. They just keep getting more black dots.
