Well last night before bed I looked at my clownfish eggs and they looked good. Its been about 7 days and they looked ready to hatch. Woke up this morning and poof they are all gone. Note sure if they hatched and didn't make it or if they were eaten.

I dont have a sump or a qt tank I just have the 30g. I bought a breeder net so if any hatch they will be in there till i sell them to the LFS. Its been about a week since they were laid and they appear to be a dark green color, but its hard to tell for sure due to where they are.

My clown fish laid their first batch of eggs the other day (about 4-5 days ago). The eggs have been turning a darker color ever since. Is this normal? If not what should the eggs look like if they are healthy?

ok well the mat of mine is purple and is still growing, it just wont come out been about 3 weeks now. It kinda comes out for a day or two then disapears for a few days. I am at a loss.

Ok I have a 130w orbit lighting system on my 29g reef. I wana add a little more light but dont have lots of cash. Could I go to home depot and buy a regular florecent light strip and swap out the bulb with a VHO bulb? If this wont work any suggestions?

Hey just got a torch coral frag from the LFS always wanted one. I know they can sting nearby corals, and they like flow. Is there anything else I need to know about these things? Post pics later when lights come on.
