dont you run the risk of contamination by taking both sand and water so close to shore? Even if the tide is comming in, wouldn't that bring all the crap in with it?

OK I was just woundering if Foxfaces will host something in a tank like clowns are known to. I have a GSP that is very long and my foxface appears to "host" in it. He just layes in there then swims around just fine. No signs of ich or disease, and water parameters are great. Is this normal?

Ok I just found 1 aiptasia growing on the back of my rocks. I wana kill it before it becomes a problem. I bought a few pepermint shrimp but my CB ate them. I was thinking of using aiptasia-x, but want to know if its harmful to corals or if it screws with water parameters. Thanks

I have never had a problem with mine. I have had mine in my tank since I started it about 7 months ago. He is green and happy. See him out almost every day. He usually hides inbetween a bunch of green hairy mushrooms I have in the front of the tank.
