    MAXIMUM Bio load!

:cheer: Yeah. I gotta have one of those. One of my faves for sure. And you say he's huge... Obviously you've been successful in keeping him. Do you feed him the three times a day that's recommended? Fabulous fish! I think your setup is a testament to how well LR filters a tank... not that *I*...

    ID, please.

Thanks, Wax. I paid $15 (plus $3 extra shipping with the rest of my order) from a seller on The Auction Site. I stopped counting polyps at 85, so I think it was a huge bargain. They're my first zoas - I want to make sure these thrive before I buy some blues.

    ID, please.

Okay, I'm not asking for an ID on the green zoas... but... what are they ON? It seems to be a conglomeration of oysters, but I'm not sure! There are about 7, ranging in size from one to four inches, and contrary to what I assumed when I plopped them in the tank, they're alive and I can see their...

    need rockwork advice.... pictures included

I think it looks really good the way it is. You have a lot of things in there that just carry the eye along nicely. I wouldn't change it unless it's really niggling at you. I might be the only one, but I got tired of jacking with my black backgrounds, so now I just paint the backs black. Easier.

How long for zoos to open?

The greens I got last week took about 15 minutes to open. Good luck!

Tell that to the pods! I've never seen the sail up. Very pretty.

    Mandrine

Beautiful, promisetbg! Is that an encrusting gorgonia beside him? I seem to have a ton of pods scurrying on the surface of my encrusting, and was wondering if that's normal.

    Help! Varieties of bristle/fire worms??

Yikes. He was definitely curious about me when the lights were on. Brave little $&-#. I spied on him last night, and he was even more active. He's at least 10 inches long when he stretches. His hind end never left the hole in the LR. He didn't seem to mind the flashlight. He cruises around the...

    Help! Varieties of bristle/fire worms??

I hope this is the place to post these... This guy is in my tank, looking around with little eyes. He acts completely different than my other bristle worms (first noticed him 2 days ago, and today he came out when the lights were on and was bravely checking me out!), and has that very defined...

    Can you Help ?

I haven't noticed any antennae, but tonight is the first time I was really able to see his head close up with the lights on. When I took the pic I used a flash and scared him away. He definitely has more pronounced spines than an ordinary bristle worm, and he appears to crawl more than...
