I have one fan in top of canopy sucks warm air out, 1 large fan blows air front , 2 more fans suck warm air out on either side of canopy, 2 400 watt MH , 560watt VHO, No chiller, tank is at 79- 80 all the time, fans on timers :) I vote for all

Looks like he is getting rid of waste, he looks a little bleached which is common with thse guys when you first get them sometimes,feed him and give him good light, also great water is important, here is mine:)

I was at my first FMAS meeting, very cool, I won a raffle of a mated pair of Coral Banded Shrimp:) , I intented to get one , but got a pair instead, acclimating them now , can anyone share their experiences with these guys? what do they like or dislike?

when the algae is gone their gone , so IMO, start with one and take it from there:)

why use a phosphate sponge if you have caulerpa?:confused:

Id say a lettuce is the best bet, if you have the algae to support it, as for powerheads ?, I dont use them , but I have a great problem keeping them out of the overflows, then I find them in the sump, these guys have 0 gravity and they can float all around the tank, the currents force them to...

Cool, I have a red serpent , and adding a green brittle, as long as you have lots of rock and feed them you should be fine:)

Julius, Good for you , thats a smart move:) for 3 in a tank, you will have to have the food supply to support them, do you keep sponges?, thats their main diet, when these guys go I will not be tempted to buy another, as most starve in aquariums, Ive been lucky so far with these, Im constantly...
