if you have a ceiling fan or small fan around leaving it on helps big time.

how long was your qt set up for ??? what is your water par? also is there a relection on the bottom of the tank when the lights are on ??.... that can be a little stressing. if you can put a towel under your qt that would help. your clown will be fine

that looks like a haiti lta to me..... i had one but it dyed in my overflow. My clown fish did not have any problems with it maybe your lfs just had fed it and it was stressed out than discarded it's food when you bought it home https://www.saltwaterfish.com/site_11...ot_parent_id=4

yeah it's easyier to scratch but it's just how you take care of it. i've seen some really nice acrylic tanks mostly large tanks 100 gallon plus just to give you an idea mantis shrimps can NOT stay in glass without worries BUT acrylic CAN! hopefully that answered all your questions!

someone please clear up the whole "pairing up" i really don't know how that goes about. I first had a only one clown. later down the road i bought another clown but was smaller than the one i had and they were find together. so are my clowns a pair now??
