I'm think about setting up my old 80 gallon tube tank for a couple of eels and was wondering what some good moray's would be for that size tank. I want to stay away from the pebble tooth eels and get some fish eaters since it would be an eel only tank. Thanks, ED

Since the Banana eel only gets 12 inches at a max it might actually be a better fit for a small tank, but a large tank would work too.

I think I'm going on two monthes now, he's growing and loves to eat, awesome fish very friendly towards me, compared to groupers I've had in the past that hide all day.

Thanks, I think I suggested the same thing minus the eel to you not too long ago for a 30 gallon, . That does sound like a cool set up though.

The tangs will fight, and angel would be a better choice. I don't know much about anglers but I do know that they do better in spieces only tanks because if they can't eat their tankmates then their tankmates will probably eat them. ED

I have a Bumblee Bee in my 180 that is about 4 inches now, he was only 20 dollars.:D cool fish by the way, I like teh lighting too.

A Volitan WILL outgrow a 75 trust me, mine is starting to look big in my 180. I would get a drawf, Volitan grow really fast and get huge. For Tangs in a 75 I would suggest a Kole or Yellow, the SFE is a good choice for that size tank and I don't think there are really any triggers that do too...

In what size tank? The larger the tank the better the chance for succes is from what I've read.
