Your fish should be fine at that ammonia level although ammonia should be undetectable (0) You should buy some ammonia detox liquid. It will still show as positive when you test for ammonia but it will make the ammonium non-toxic to your fish. Make sure you haven't lost a fish, it may be...

Yesterday the PH was 7.2 or lower.

I did a PH test and the color matches 7.4 - 7.8

My blue hippo tang has been bobbing at the top of the tank ALL DAY. He isn't dead so I don't know what's up. It is possible that he was overfed, could this be why? If so will this pass? He is swimming vertically, he's not laying on his side or anything.
