I just got it... its pretty heavy (20 lbs) and i want to put it in my 70 gallon tank. Its a huge nice piece that is really tall, but how weight much can a 70 gallon tank really suport? The reason i ask is because the weight is not distributed, but will be more on the spot w/ the coral now...

idk man... i have never acclimated any hermit or snail... they allways live//// i just dropped ten hermits in 1.009..... they are all alive... and that from 1.030!!!!!!!!! i did kill a snail by pouring clod water on it while in the tank.......... alomost instanly... pretty crazy!

idk, smell it/// may be its dead... and if it flips over, flip him back, they don't know how to turn over

I just did new wood floors in my house, and i'd like to add one in a room..... just want to make sure this thing dosen't crack and spill water the roomsa are all new... what do you guys think? i just want to get a seahorse and a mandarin or so.... possibly some reef stuff too

hmmmm..... so if i do 1.023 to the 5 gallons, just let it sit over night then do top offs? can i just add this diectly to the tank? or do i have to drip it in?

So is 30 days enough to be sure that a fish has no ick before introducing it to the display tank? :thinking:

just came out of hypo, after like six weeks... all of the fish are way healthy and bright, no ick! :cheer: i brought the salinity up to 1.011 from 1.009............ how should i go about adding salt back? i was thinking of extracting like 5 gallons mixing some salt, then dripping it in? whats...

hahhaha i totally agree! country reef is on ocean ave in ronkonkoma.... next door to the seven 11.. exit 59 on lie, then make a right (south) right after 7-11, by the train tracks.... the only fish i would buy there is gobies, and the shrimps/crabs are cheap

pet stop is where? i live in commack, pets warehouse has by far the best looking and quality fish i've seen, not to mention they are cheaper..... my gf decided to buy it from country reef..............
