i have been to several, my favorite is pets warehouse.. i never had a fish problem there......... but i bought the fish at country reef which runs copper(found that out later) but i've been to several, country critters, and some others..........

well...... the one place i got mine runs copper... neddless to say it died 7 days later! the other place dosen't, but the people that work there said they only live like 5 moths on average... so how many of you guys own flame angles on long island that are healthy and doing well? i may order one...

yeah thats what i'm done, a lil water every hr or so since yesterday... hes in a zip lock.... and i have plenty of pods in the tank, and hes eating!(so pretty) and that water change idea is great!!!! thanx..... i'll get some pics when hes all acclimated and stuff... thanx again guys

well the tank is acrylic(quarintine), on the floor, and has a small crack 3/4 on the way up........ so it can't be done, the tank is half full and on the floor... I'll be getting another quaritine tank soon, i forgot about this part! so i'll do it within 24 hrs.... we'll see

do the harmful pots become big enough to see?

i just bought a mandarin at the lfs, and they keep the salt really low(should have gotten the mandarin in the reef tank :mad:) its been in a bag floating with and the salt is now 1.012 this morning,,, i can't do the drip method on this tank(long story, its on the ground and the water dosen't...

ima drop the rest of mine in this weekend.... my sand looks like crap.....

i'm in the process of returning my salinity back to normal from hypo... But Why did my 2 hermits survive in 1.010? Plus I dropped them in with no acclimation from 1.030!!!!!!!!!!! and yes i'm using a refractermeter and glass hydrometer thanx

i still dont know what the hell to do.... very scared of sticking my hands in the tank now... should i get the gfic? i have 2 powerheads, heater, and a grounding probe plugged into a socket
