well i just put a foxface in my tank on thursday, the first day it was fine, grazing on algae, moving throughout the tank, however yesterday it disappeared, i found it in a rock in its stress colors, and it stayed there all day, well its not been out today but once, and i'm getting worried, any...

i do topoffs....and water changes about once a month...i have a thermometer...my tank temp is 78 degrees...yes actually i have...i my anemone kept stinging my kenya tree...so i ripped it off the rock (read to do that on here) and then moved it to another spot..its attatched and doing fine

well i know this is gonna sound horrible..but i don't check my pH, kH, calcium, nitrates, temperature...i used to..but they were always normal..and i guess i just got out of the habit and never bough new kits..but my tank has always done so well..i have never bothered really..i mean my coraline...

i just noticed this when i got home from school..but all of my coraline..and i have A LOT..lots of pinks, purples, and reds..they all have white tiny spots all over them..it looks like sand has been thrown on my rocks..but it isnt..its white spots... also ..i have had a problem in the last month...

ok thanks..i just wound up ripping the kenya tree right off the rock and stuck the base inside a hole in a rock on the other side of the tank, how long will it take for it to attatch and fully open again?

yea i tried the ice thing..it didnt work..and liked alyssia..it melted to quick..any more suggestions? i don't know what to do? and i dont want my kenya tree hurt..

what is a PH? and i think i'll try the ice thing..i just hope it doesnt hurt them..and they are too close toghether to chisel :thinking:

well i had no luck in the reef forum so i thought'd i try it here.. ok..i have this kenya tree..i have had it for a long time..and its gotten pretty big..and a couple of month ago i added a bubble tip anemone..and it set up house near it.. but not too close... however it split about a month...

do actinics run as moonlights ( i know a crazy question but like i said..i know NOTHING in this area lol)..b/c i want to get some moonlights for my tank but the atinics look like moonlights to me..i am sure they arent the same but..would it still be helpful to have some moonlights? i think they...

thanks for the information and the pics.. ***) ..so the first picture is with BOTH bulbs on? and the 2nd is with just the actinic? i LOVE the actinic bulbs.. i just dont know how i'd like the blue tint ALL the time..but i guess its not really as much as what i like as it is what my tanks needs...

so does the more blue make it just look more reeflike or does it actually help the corals more?
