i don't understand lighting the tank i bought has fluorescent lighting but i dont know how much i need to keep mushrooms, zoos, and maybe a yellow polps

i got my nano cube this mornig but what type of substrate/ live rock (how much) and what type of animals could i keep in a 6 gallons i got it for $56

but could be posible to keep things alive in there if i bought differnt equipment for it
