Hello, my green eye has been in my tank for couple months now and for a month now some of the pollyps have died and some have gotten bigger. Do I need to clip out the dead ones? Will it effect my water quality like if a fish died? Thank You.

U can't tell there is slime until the last of the water is driping of something or out of something, the consistancy of slime is only noticable when dripping from something.

OK, I understand that a refuge is like a secondary tank off of a main tank that can house things. Is a "sump" the same thing? Is the enclosed back area of my nano tank that has three tiers, one for sponge, next for carbon, then filter considered a refuge area?
