How much LR is recommended for a tank. I know this is varied by individual. I have a 55 that I am setting up as reef. In my 220 I have probably 100-125lbs. Can you have to much is another question?

Which is the best brand of salt out there for a reef tank?? I have been told that hawaiian is the best, if you are on you know who I am talking about. But I have to drive 1 1/2 -2 hrs to get it. Any reply thanks in advance.
