    Red legged Hermits (killer crabs!)

Just stocked my tank with maintenance workers and I've never seen such viscious red leggers! I think 1/2 ate each other..strongest survive I guess..interesting, the shrimp get the leftovers, nothing goes to waste.. Blue legs are all hiding:cool:

    flatworm grrrrr!

Yes, I have them in one of my tanks (seems like forever)..I had a pair of mandarins that their only food was to eat them..they actually did a good job (but too many)..As they don't harm anything, I will not use chemicals, because as you stated, they are toxic to the rest of the tank when killed...

    My new 20g acrylic

My new tank I just built..My design uses 4 one inch tubes, 2 dropping into sump, two for return into tank..the 2 return tubes keep the surface agitated, and small power head inside should be enough motion. Live rock and sand are curing as we speak..

    topless????

I have compromised on mine..I have some glass directly under the lights (otherwise with the lights sitting on top the evaporation would now end up on the light fixture rather than the glass..I removed the rest of the glass cover (at the hinge) as to let heat escape..The glass also serves to cut...
