I ordered a cabbage coral and received a lobed leather by mistake about 4-5 weeks ago. When I received the leather it was probably 5-6" high or so. Obviously it was all closed because of the shipment. The leather is now about 9" and seems to be strectching toward the lights. I cant place it...

personally I would keep it. You tried already and she told you a price. If you would have paid $100 for a $20 coral would the LFS call you and refund your money? I doubt it.

I had a coralife skimmer flood on me before. They skim well but are known to flood as HOB skimmers. I would highly recomend them as in sump skimmers in case of flooding. I have searched this before and found other hobbyists to have the same problem. Good luck in the future.

I would recomend buying a new stand before the LR. I think your dresser may be able to hold it, but its really not worth the risk. Buy a nice stand. I buy dressers or chest and drawers for my kids every 2-4 yrs cause the particle board just does not hold up. Im through with that crap its time...
