Whata a good p-skimmer? 55gal only about 45lbs LR but adding more.

I have a 55gal people say if you have enough LR a high dollar filter isn't necessary. Right now i have 45lbs. Is this ok with 2 hang over filters or should i get a bio-wheel? I already have one hang over.

I have a 55 gal. reef with just a basic hang over filter and was going to upgrade. My question is should i get a bio-wheel or a canister? i was gonna keep the hang over for extra flow. Also do they make 18" lights that fit in standard fixtures with 60+ watts?

I know these mushrooms can be split because i've done it before but now they are attached to rocks and big enough to be split again. How do i, if i can, get them off the rocks without damaging them?

About how big do these clams need to be before they need mostly light.

One more thing, how big before they just mainly need light?

I have flat worms in my tank, theres not that many yet but i know how they multiply. I know that a nudibranch or six line wrasse will take care of them but what about a Lunar wrasse? also any info on the lunar would be greatly appreciated.
