I swaped my 65 reef to a 125 with a 55 refugium about 7 weeks ago and have coraline growing everywhere. So it may not take all to long.

I just bought a used one for $75.00 with a bad pump. I went to the LFS and paid $80.00 for the new pump. The owner told me it was a kick butt skimmer and so far it seems to work pretty good on my 125gln. Just wondering if it was worth the money?

If you read alot of the post on this sight you will see that all it takes is time. My first tank was a rush and a crash all within a year. My second take is doing great after a year. Don't rush it I know for a fact, just forget the tank is there for day's at a time and you will be ready in no time.
