I have had sucess mixing black percs with true percs, not added at the same time. But with a more aggressive species like maroons, I would either add them at the same time or don't add any more at all. Just my opinion.

you said you feed the larger pistols every once in a while, why don't you grab a fine mesh net and try to catch the babies with some bait? Put an irrisistable food in the net and try to catch them. Sorry if this doesn't work, I have never had this problem before

I had good sucess raising a condi but beware, they are very aggressive and most of the time they will not let a clownfish or any other hosting fish near them unless they are hungry for them;)

Good info, I made the mistake of buying a condy when my tank was no more than two months old!:eek: It thrived in my tank, but I ended up having to take it back because it was so "aggressive" or as aggressive as an anemone can be.

The GSM kind of sets limits, but I love to watch my clowns interact with my striped psuedochromis, a little agressive sometimes, but you need something to hold its own against the GSM. Maybe a few large chromis, or a nice coral beauty, flame angel or bicolor. These fish are kind of small...

Yesterday I went to my LFS and saw a nice sized leaf shroom on a small rock for $30. Naturally, I bought it because I collect mushrooms. There were actually two shrooms on it, what do ya think? did I get a good deal or was I ripped off?BTW, my clowns are in love with it, perfect "anemone".;)
