I had an Eclipse. You can buy replacement bulbs still only 30 watts but at least you'll have better spectrum. I also added a retro which upped wattage another thirty two or something but it wasn't worth it in the long run. I'd look around for a halide pendant. The retro is gonna run you $40-$50...

Xenia, if kept under the right conditions, is one of the easiest corals to propogate. It can be fragged or if you have a healthy colony just place some rubble near by and before long the Xenia will begin to spread. When you switched tanks did you use the sand from the old tank? I have heard that if you disrupt an established sand bed it can leach harmful substances and may even have to re-cycle. Although your parameters don't hint of another cycle.
