Sounds like they already are paired up. Now if they will spawn is a different thing all together. You have the best chance of them spawning in a peaceful tank so they aren't always on alert. Also if they are well fed they are much more likely to spawn although that can be hell on your water...

Like ViPeR said get Aquacultured. You just never know how old they are already if you get wild caught. I am not sure anyone knows exactly how long they'll live. Depends on your ammonia levels!

You might want to tell us what kind of lighting you have in your tank before we can help with the anemone question... It is pretty dependant on that.

Oh, and to answer you last question most species of clowfish don't live with any other species on good terms.

Probably talking about Clarkii? They are the widest availble of the yellow colored clowns... Like Barry said, it's hard to say w/o a pic.

Beware because Maroons are the most agressive of any Clown species... if you already have a pair that has paired off introducing anothe, especialy a maroon, could be VERY hazardous to everyone's health.

Definately... although the Gold stripe variety tend to be the more docile.

It might be because non of the fish you listed are clownfish safe...

I believe average size is listed at around 5" but there have been reports of some as big as a man's hand (8+ inches).

OK I was thinking of a different species... I did find a place online that has them but not sure of their reputation. Have you tried through your LFS?

Didn't someone post a link recently to a list of exportable clown species? I can't remember where it was but I'll try to find it. From what I remember this species was on the list of EXTREMELY hard to find ones....
