Did you dissolve the Ph buffer in fresh water before adding it? I can't speak for all kinds, but some require that it be dissolved in FW first. If you don't, it will cause precipitation (white residue) on everything, exactly as your pic shows.

We've never had that problem with Vonage. We have had issues with our cable and called in to speak with Vonage, thinking the problem was on their end. It wasn't, it was the cable service, but we got right through to cust. service and had very friendly help. We love it.

No. Not true. They can be acclimated to frozen foods by waving it in front of them with a feeding stick. My LFS has one right now who they took in to sell for a customer, and generally he eats frozen krill every day with a weekly damsel or two to supplement his diet.
