You may be able to support some low watt mushrooms but other then that I cant think of anything.

I dont see anything that would eat inverts but as many others will tell you everything is trial and error.

Both of them sit on the bottom of the tank with mod/low flow. I have them under a mix of PC and T-5 light about 700 watts total for the tank its a typical 180. I dont know what lighting they came from dont remember possibly either MH of VHO.
