    coral question

No it wont last for long, it takes a few days week max for the coral to get used the new light and unless your trying to put a very strong light dependent organism like a clam they should do ok if the amount of light is appropriate for the species.

    50/50 bulbs

The amount of light all depends on the depth of you tank and the amount of light or watts that the fixture you are looking at produces. Also some anemones have different light requirements than others.

I have a clown goby in my tank they love to hide on corals and in your rock display. I f you can try moving your rocks around if you are very concerned, otherwise it may be a few days until you see it make its appearence as they are somewhat shy fish.

    How many fish?

IN saltwater the rule of thumb is one inch per two gallons not one. And even with that like previously stated that is a crude representation as some fish like the hippo grows not just long but wide and tall taking up more inches than just its length.
