I have a aquamedic t-100 turboflotor for a skimmer, just wondering what pump i should be running on this thing? the instructions say to have a flow rate of 125-200 gph, and that seems a little on teh low end, what you all think?

for about a few months now i have had success with keeping a colony of candy canes in my tank, they would be all inflated every day and every night they would open up to feed and even one is dividing, but for the last new days(ever since i ran carbon) the heads have not been opening up at all...
