    Starfish Problem

any ideas what would've eaten it. I don't think any of my fish would have since the legs that were eaten were under the rock. I have a couple of emerald crabs, red hermit crabs, hawaiin zebra crab, all kinds of snails and the only big snails are queen conchs. I have seen a large bristleworm...

    Starfish Problem

I've had an orange linkia starfish for about a month and it seemed to be doing well, moving around on the sand and glass. it went by a rock that had a small tunnel that was dug out by a diamond goby and i didn't think anything about it. well i haven't been paying any close attention to the...

thanks, i started to acclimate and his color is starting to return to normal and the spots are fading. I think it's bag was leaking during shipment too. it wasn't as inflated as they normally are and there was lots of water in the box.

    Royal Gramma GOA!

I just got a royal gramma and it stayed hidden for the first 3 days and it took it another day to peak out when i was feeding and finally came out to eat another day or so after. would give it some time before dissassembling the rock work.

    who host's the easiest?

actually, it's not perched on a rock. it's foot is down behind the rocks on the bottom in the sand. the whole point of my posting the pic was to show how big carpets can get and just saying that imo a 46gal would be small for a growing carpet and also saying that in the pic the carpet wasn't...
