    its going to be placed against the outside corner walls where the concrete walkways meet... i figure thats the strongest part of the building. it was going to be a 240g but i knew it would have been 2000lbs+. i want bigger than a 125g so thats why 180g is what im going for.. the landlord...

    they will be compatible for a while. a juvenile trigger wouldnt even know what to do..but when they get bigger they get aggressive and hungry and pick at the sharks fins

    store bought sw here in the bay is right out of the pacific off of half moon bay. but it is filtered and then distributed to all the stores and sold as Catalina seawater. mixed sw with filtered water is easier than carrying 5g containers

    use blue legged hermits because they are cheapest. the undulate will constantly pick on them and try to eat them, but the hermits will learn to hide during the day and feed only at night.

    since your already feeding your trigger varied gourmet meals the flakes probably dont look or taste as good as the meaty foods your throwing in their. watch your trigger and youll know what foods he like best.

    go with the goldentail or mexican dragon. tessalota is a beautiful moray but you will probably get attached to a fish youve grown and kept for a couple years. and if you cant upgrade to a bigger tank the moray will just be suffering

    i have blue legged hermits in my trigger tank. they only feed when it is completley dark in the room. they learned to adapt to their einvironments.....

    a buddy of mine has a 12" clown and added it to a tank with a 3" picasso in a 300g. other tankmates are 3" tomato clown 2x4" blue tangs 4" powder blue 5" guinea fowl 10" niger all feed on frozen foods... it is possible but add the most aggressive last.

    nice list of aggrressive fish. it will work if they are all small..saltwater fish takes longer to grow compared to fw. make sure you filtration will be able to handle those fishys

    10,000gallons is needed for a lemon shark. i asked risc the same because i seen one in a 1000. and just by looking at the shark you can tell it is suffering. a 240 is even too small for a full sized clown trigger

    a small niger cannot destroy $200 worth of corals and inverts. when introduced real small it will take a while for them to adjust. and if it is causing problems they can be caught and returned.

    UGF are a thing of the past. use a regular overflow. with a sump or refugia. skimming and carbon will work but a DSB can add some additional filtration.. you can slowly build it up as a reef.

    a thousand dollars literally down the drain. most lfs sell dragons at $1000 so hobbyist will get discouraged about getting them. if you shop around you can find them as cheap as $375..

    ive seen them in books but never seeen one for sale. did you ask your LF$ if they can order one for you?

    wrasses and large groupers are perfect tankmates for sharks. sharks will usually eat small fishes.
