    Demartini, I just ordered a 16.5" sunpod 70W HQI!!! It took me a while to find someone who has the 16.5" version. I cant wait to see it on my tank. How much do you have to top off per day with the top now open? Thanks for your help

    Demartini, Do you think that the 70W MH lighting upgrade helped your ricordea? I have a biocube 14 with lots of orange rics and some of them are cupping up reaching for the light. Will rics lose color with pc lighting? Did your rics gain color after the MH upgrade? My bulbs are 13 months old...

    Thanks for the info, I will find a small royal gramma. What do you feed your corals, and how do you keep your cleaner shrimp from taking the food from your corals? My cleaner shrimp takes all the food away from my ricordea.

    Martini, do your clowns ever pick on your royal gramma? I want to add a royal gramma to my biocube 14 with my two clowns. How long were your clowns in the tank before you added your royal gramma? P.S. cant wait to see your 18 gallon fill up.

    Thanks for all the info guys When I got home from work today the frogspawn had completely disolved into brown slime and I took it out. I still don't know why this happened so quickly . I guess I will try again sometime. I will look into getting a phosphate test also.

    I acclimated by floating and pouring about a half cup of my display water every 20 min for about 2 1/2 hours. I have a biocube 14 with stock lighting. My other corals have been doing great. water paramiters are on my first post

    I got it yesterday. It was open when it was at the LFS with no sign of brown jelly. I think it has brown jelly disease. I saw a tiny piece of a tenicle fall off. Should I take it out? Is there any way I can save it? It was very cool at the LFS when it was open. ph 8.0 amm 0 nitrite 0 cal 400...

    Here is an update to my thread. I had my refractometer checked and I lowerd the sg to 1.007 for 1 week and the ich was getting worse so I switched to copper. I am now in the 3rd week and all ich was gone after 2 days. I'm about to take the copper out w/ carbon. How long will it take to get the...
