does carbon work as a phosphate remover? Also I am going to try some water changes and not have my lights on as long, will that help remove it some?

Ok well yesterday when I came home from the movies there was green algae all over my glass,it is not hair algae it is just green, what is it from, could it be my lights, I keep my t5's(nova extreme 96wattson my 20gal.) on from 11am-9pm what to do? :help:

I have noticed a bunch of bristle worms or whatever you want to call them in my tank, could I have a 6 line with a yellow watchmen goby and corals? Also what else can you do to get rid of the worms

I would just break/ cut the plug like 1/4 inch or maybe less from the plug then glue it to something. the plug was just something the put the frag on and so it wont hurt the coral unless you break it OFF the plug. but see what other ppl have to say also

it has been a while sense I have made a new SW tank, so am I supposed to put the LS and water in the tank then add salt, just water add salt then LS, or mix water and salt in a bucket and add to tank with Ls and lr in it?
