Hello Does anyone know if a midas blenny and a bicolor blenny will fight in a 55 g tank? I already have a bicolor blenny and he isnt aggressive with any other fish at all...

I have mine in a 55g, with about 40 lbs of live rock, he readily accepts frozen food, mostly mysis shrimp...definitly ask your LFS guy to feed him frozen food to make sure he is accepting it...I convinced my little guy to eat by squirting the shrimp with an old baster shallowly into the sand...

Hello, I have had the exact same problem with my fp clowns, it has always been with the female...and they do die...I am not sure what it is, I have tryed to treat them with internal parasite medication but to no avial....It is unfortunate, but from what I have seen it doesnt cross over...

PS. if you can watch him eat it just take it out after he has lost interest with it...thats what I usually do, often the clam is too big for him to eat all in one sitting

Thats Great!!! once he gets them once he should recognize them immediatly, this way he will eat it right away and the nitrates wont accumulate... I only do it as a treat, if you can get him to eat other food that would be great for you, but clam is the copperbands natural diet, so it wont harm...

for the first few days(about 4) after I bought my copperband he wouldnt eat either...he seemed to need to get familar with my tank until he felt comfortable eating...he soon started eating like a pig after...I feed him mysid shrimp daily and every once and a while I feed him a manilla...

Hello Mandarins will eat brine and mysid as well. I have gotten my Mandarin to eat frozen brine and frozen Mysid shrimp by injecting small portions into the sand where he often looks for food. I use a water collector thing from an old amonnia test kit. Be sure to inject the sand very shallowly...

Will Torch coral be able to survive under my fairly minimal lighting, only 2 52 w HO PC lights, one a 18,000k powerglo and the other a 54 w actinic...I also have a reflector...if that makes a difference

Please help!! I overdosed my tank with Melafix 1%. I have a 50g or 55g not too sure mainly fish tank, have some mushrooms and a leather toadstool. The recommended dose was 5 ml for every 10 gals, equalling 25 ml, I put in 10ml for every 10 gal, so I doubled the dose on accident! I am so worried...

I have a copperband butterfly and a six line wrasse, will these guys be a problem? My copperband has eaten the little pest anemones, is this a good indication that he will eat the christmas tree worms too?

Thank you your info has been very helpfull, I will have to look into a tube anemone maybe...I have heard that frogspawn or foxpawn or whatever it is called will sometimes host an anemone? would I have enough lighting for them? will my fp clowns kill it?
