wow I accidentally clicked this thread and read through some of the comment.... and I must say, if I thought my dad knew how to use a computer I would swear you were him! he ALWAYS says those two things exactly like that and at the same time! creepy lol must be some adult thing

My mom also used to say (on bad days of course,becasue I was a good kid) "I hope you get one JUST LIKE YOU". I didn't get it at the time.

hmmm..........what do they say about karma??
(my kid is really a good kid too......most days)

IME your daughter probably will get worse and not change until around age 20 when she will finally settle down in her "nastiness". Girls are tough. My advise to new parents is to "eat them when they are young and tender"

My younger two, probably a no-go, but my 13 yr old, he would clean out a whole city sewer if he thought there was a pretty girl down there somewhere....
But try to get him to pick up his dirty underwear off the floor, and you would have thought that I asked him to solve the mystery of Stonehenge....

I'm feeling your pain I have a 21 year old and a 17 year old, the first one was easy, but the second I think I spared the rod to much!

yep......thats it. Then start removing, texting, phone, computer, leaving the home...............................in other words.......hitting where it hurts. (It doesn't hurt me, its a lot less stress.........."read a book".....
)

My husband is trying to figure this out himself. She is already getting quite the figure, and my hubby is about to have a heart attack.

Girls are just plain MEAN-to each other. My daughter has had several issues with some of the popular MEAN girls at school. At least boys just beat each other up and then they're done with it.
