Hey Crypt ! The Bi-Color I'm getting is about 3 inches. So if that's not good, what should I get to go with the Flame -? Lemonpeel, Coral Beauty -? Or something else -? Also, how should I to the additions -? Right now the 5 in Queen is in the 55 gal QT. Can I QT the dwarf angels together with the Queen -? How is your tank doing -?

Hey Pete ! I have a Bermuda BPS-3C Skimmer. Capacity- 100-300, Gallons/HR - 300. It works well. Can complain about it.
I have the Nitrates down to 40. I'm trying to keep up with a 32 gallon water change every week. I also have no clean up crew, so I'm getting about 100 hermits next week and some snails.
So your saying too many fishes -?

I hear a lot of people in the forum getting multiple angels. Arent they supposed to be aggressive against one another. How is that working out?

Hey Stoss ! Yes they are aggressive towards each other, but adding them the same time, with the same size and consider they have enough room for growth and enough live rock it can work. They're a lot of great people on this site, who can help you out with angels and more
.

40 nitrates is ok. You should work on keeping it at that level. Problem is, a lot of the fish you have will get bigger and create more and more waste. I personally would not add a puffer to the mix since puffers generate as much waste as 2 or 3 other fish.

Thanks Pete ! So I'll cancel the puffer. But you think I'm ok with adding the dwarf angels -? If so, how should I add them. I have the Queen in the QT, 30 days in the QT will be Oct. 10. So can I add the dwarfs to the QT with the Queen in it -?

I don't think the 2 dwarf angels will have much of an impact on the nitrates. But I'd wait until the Queen is in the DT first.

I would skip the puffer too. I would add the egg crate to the 55 with the flame and Lemonpeel or flagfin. I would stay away from the BiColor unless you know its MAC caught and its already eating. I have had mine for around 6 months now. I love the fish. They get very big I believe they are the biggest of the dwarfs. 7 to 8 inches. IMo As long as the trates stay fine I would do 3 total dwarfs. They stay small.

Hey guys ! I have some pics and I started a thread on Fish Discussion about Nitrates, if anyone wants to chime in

I made a decision to pass on the dwarf angels, because I came up on a very sweet deal on a Gold Puffer. Its coming in tomorrow. So the Queen is going in the DT tom night and the Puffer is going in the 55 QT. I don't know how long I'll keep him in there, the place I'm getting him, from had him for 2 months, nice and fat and eating. I'll have a pic of him up too. What do you guys think -?

You need more rock. Im just giving you an idea. You can build caves in and out of it. Plenty of swimming room.
Your fish can swim in and out the rocks. They dont have like actual caves they can feel safe and secure
This is a tank i was planning on buying a few months ago. He wouldnt budge on the price so I got the 150.

Wow!!!!!!! You have a lot of powerheads.
Other than that... the golden puffer is not gonna help with your nitrate problem.

Oh, I really like your emperor angel.

Crypt is right. More LR would probably help lower your nitrates.

well that plus the fish will feel more secure. The fish have no where to hide if they want and if they get chased or bullied a little bit.
GTD your scape looks awesome. Its just not useful other than looks. Most of your rocks looks dead. Is that the case?

Petey, I love my Emp, thanks ! The guy has so much personality
I just added the Queen tonight, lights off. I'll post pics up tom.
What I'll do with the puffer, is that I'll add him to the display.
I don't want to take a chance with him in the QT, like the situation I had a few months ago. What do you think-?
Crypt, I think he is getting a streamer, we shall see. So you know what, I decided to get more rocks !
I just need some ideas on aquascaping-? Something like a fortress -? Also how much lbs to buy -? And where to buy-? Thanks

How big is the puffer? Last time your qt was a nightmare for any fish. Now its under control. I would qt. On the rock. Honestly Id say at least 50 pounds. I would get big pieces you can build caves

Where to buy is a great question. Any place on line and your rock wont be cycled. It will take a couple weeks. At your lfs you will find the exact pieces you want and cycled but may pay more.
