You look into a goldflake? They stay smaller but arent a dwarf. I dont know if your emp will kill him. THey are tricky from what I read but once established are just like most angels.
The Ebili is a gorgeous. Maybe add that one to the 4.

Hey guys ! Hope everyone had a merry one ! So I came up with a final list of the dwarf angels. Coral Beauty,Lemonpeel,Bi-Color and a Flame, all in medium. What do you guys think -? Thanks

The tank looks pretty good and you have a nice selection of fish but I do have a suggestion. Do something with the stupid cords for the powerheads. They look really crappy stretched like that.

Ok update time guys. Well first of all I've had this annoying water crashing down the overflow sound for almost over a year. I have like a durso standpipe setup, with a "T" over the standpipe, then a cap on top of the "T", with a hose in the center of the cap, that solved my problem with the flushing noise since a got the tank over a year ago. But the crashing noise is when the water goes over the slits then 5 in down to where that T" is . So I went to my LFS, they gave me one of those 1 1/2 strainer that goes over the bulkhead and some bio-balls. So I attached the strainer to the end of the "T" where the water would exit, then I threw in about 25 bio-balls to cushion the waterfall. It sounds a lot better, I was wondering should I stick with that or try something else-? I'm afraid those bio-balls might get dirty fast.

And finally, I'm getting a medium - Bi-Color,Coral Beauty and a Flame Angel tomorrow. Also a large Flame. So I'll try and see how the pair works out

I hate bio balls personally. If they they work then give em a try. Only clean half at a time in saltwater. why cant you raise the piping which should raise the water level in the overflow

I really can't raise up the pipe anymore, because of the center support glass .
I'll take another look tom. Thanks

What Crypt said. You need to raise the piping so you don't get a big waterfall into the overflow.

Thanks Pete, I'll give it a try this weekend .
So I received my four dwarf angels yesterday . A bicolor, coral beauty, and two flames . They're all in the 55 QT . But it looks like the two nemos that I got a couple of days ago, has come down with ick . So should I just treat the whole tank with Cupramine ? Will it be ok to put it in with the dwarf angels in there ?

Is that the only way Pete -? What about if I take out the clowns -? The cupramine would affect the angels right -? If so, how bad -?

you are trying to get an angelfish that is known to be hard to acclimate to eat in the BiColor. I would Hypo as well. You probably should had went slower on the fish. With angels flukes is a big deal. Look for signs if you see them you will have to dose with prazi pro. Once all fish are eating well I would dose anyway.
You should hypo them for about 6 weeks in total IMO and IME. Even if you dont see any signs of ICH that doesnt mean its not there. Healthy fish can live with ich. It wont show any signs on an unstressed fish. Once you place them in the DT and they get scared or chased Boom it will rear its ugly head again and we are back to where you dont want to be.
ICH is very curable it takes somebody with patience to fully cure it.

Not saying it can't be done but angels are more sensitive to copper, but I heard of success stories with cupramine. Me... I wouldn't take the chance and just do hypo.

I've run cupramine for 3 months with the following angels and it's not harmed them in any way. Passer, emperor, french, koran, blueface, majestic. They're all eating well and no signs of ich. I'm going to start removing the copper this week with a combo of cuprisorb and poly filter pads. I've found if you half dose with copper(meaning add half the recommended dose today and the other tomorrow instead of all at once) it doesn't stress them. Just make sure they're eating well and the param's are good.

Man! I hate ick. And just to clarify - your clown with ick - is it in the display or the QT? I'm sure you know that wherever the fish with ick has been, then ick is there and has to be treated.
As much as it sucks... hypo is what I recommend too. It's a pain, but the fish don't mind it as much. I've done hypo twice. I hope to never do it again. But good luck!

Hey Crypt and Pete ! I finally managed to get rid of the noise from the overflow. I was able to raise the pipe a little. The only thing is, is that the water level is about an half inch from the top of the tank, is that ok -? GW, I'm gonna give it a shot, and try the Cupramine. But for how long should I treat -? Hef,I tried Hypo once, but I messed it up. So I'll give Cupramine a try.
Thanks :) I want to plan ahead on the future stocklist. What do you guys think -? Maybe a Trigger next and last a Tusk-?
I'll post up some pics of the new additions soon.

personally I think a tusk or trigger and then thats it not both. IMO neither. Your fish are going too grow. Yeah you can put X amount of smaller fish in but all fish grow man. Maybe its time to chill on that fish list and grab a longer tank. a 250+ gallon 8 foot tank would better serve your addiction. 300G 30 inches wide and 8 feet long would be ideal IMO. Height isnt a big deal with the fish you have. Then I'd add the tusk and another trigger then top it off with a small Sohal or Achilles Tang.
Dont take this the wrong way but fish is pushing your tanks limits unless your filtration and water changes are very very good and consistant.
Like I said your fish are far from done growing. In a few months the bigger fish will be an inch or so bigger producing that much more bio load. Needing that much more food.
You could get some good coin for the tank you have now and replace the money spent on a longer tank. Most of the fish you have are more "open" water swimmers. Yeah they hang out around reef but they swim miles a day.
You need to just take a deep breath relax enjoy the fish you have. You are trying to qt 6 fish right now and are running into issues with them. That should be a warning after the nightmare you have been through.
Next purchase. Bigger Set Up
as long as its overflowin its overflowin! Mine falls maybe an inch or two at most as well.
