Most hobbyists would be happy with the high level of ammonia you're showing thinking that it's going to cycle fast with all that ammonia.
I have the opposite opinion. I believe that high ammonia levels kill the more delicate creatures that are beneficial in your live rock and reduces diversity profoundly. I also believe it slows down the cycle as not all bacteria can handle high ammonia.
Like I said, most hobbyists would rejoice. I would do a 75% water change to get tha ammonia below 0.5. You don't want 0.0 ammonia during the cycle but you don't want it above 1.0 either. i like it between 0.25 and 0.50 until it suddenly drops to 0.0. At that point I start ghost feeding to allow the bacteria to continue to expand until I get the first fish in there.
