I have an idea for you Dean.
I know you really couldnt do it now and it would be expensive but if you could have ordered a acryllic bowfront panel to go infront so you could see the rays swiming around in the water from a fishes perspective.
Just a thought

Good job!!!
Oh I thought about that but like you said, "exspensive"

How are the rays doing?
Sorry i don't have any new pics. I am picking up a 4' tall skimmer this weekend and will post some pics of that, its a HSA-1000 clone. The rays are doing fine, but the little ones might be sold this week so I can make room for a quarentine place if anyone comes thru on some large rays but the california weather has been tough for divers

Yes, I just talked with a collecter tonight in fact because he posted on another site and had cortez rays, so I asked him about temps and he said it depends where they are collected, his he said would be fine in 68-70 degree temps so I dont know where they came from. I am having to be patient about getting more large rays (cal. rds.) cause they arent availible just now.
Still coming to St. Louis this spring?

IDK....I'm afraid if she grows anymore she will be unhappy, or stressed...so far she is doing okay (obviously..lol)

i went this past weekend to pick up my skimmer and after a couple of nights changing some thing around on it it's up and running fine except the recirculating pump is noisy (bearings) but going to buy a Little Giant # 4 this week sometime, been running 1 hour and seems to be making some good froth. Got 2 Rays coming from california next week (male and female) so kinda excited about that, well anywho here's pics.
