tanks looking great! thats a pretty bubble coral, i miss mine, and i have been looking for a replacement for sometime, but very nice specimens are few and far between. your frogspawn looks like the one i have. are the tips purplish?

Sure are, didn't get a bad deal on it either, charged me what most pay for a single head of frogspawn. I appreciate the kind words noob, usually your rippin' on me in this thread. lol

I bought a powder blue a while back and he is out of the QT and in the DT as of today. Here he is:

Not the best picture but this is the bubble at night. I'm putting it up to show the sweeper tentacles.

The Powder Blue looks much better in your tank than at the lfs.

Your tank looks fantastic.

I did a tiny re-aquascaping in mine because my fuzzy mushroom was getting to big for the spot I had him in. But now I have a little canyon for my fish to swim through so it turned out great. I'll post pics later on my diary.

First SPS for the tank I bought today. Woohoo! I bought all of this off of a local reefer for $40. hard to complain considerering I got 8 frags, 3 of which are actual small colonies.

I'm really hoping my birdsnest does well in my tank. I'm waiting to see if it starts growing before I buy anymore.

Thanks. Your tank has seemed to have blown up real quick with all sorts of goodies eh? Looks great. I'm going to take some pictures of these once I have them in place tomorrow after they are done with the light acclimation. There are some great colors on these that didn't show in the other photos.

I really like your rock work. I want to add some height to mine, but no money at the moment.

My birdsnest has 5 new sprouts coming out!!!!

I've only had it for 2 weeks so it seems to be liking my tank.

Thats good news about the birdsnest. I hope mine (sps) take off soon. The rockwork looked like crap when I first set it up and it took like 3-4 hours to redo it to my liking, but thats the biggest compliment I get in person., so I guess it was worth it.

I picked up a sixline wrasse. Neat little thing. I also picked up a large orange SPS colony from a local here in town. I'll post pictures later on.

SPS. Its the full colony. The guy was tearing down his tank. It's about 7 inches tall.

Just a maroon clown and lta that he likes, he wants a lot of money for it though. This was the last worthwhile coral he had, all fish were sold as well.
