I would love to see more pics. Since the clowns are really favoring that corner I think that flat, slented rock they are around will make a great spot for an anemone.

I'm right there with you.
Have to upgrade my lighting first though and that might take some time, or rather money.

WOW, I'm very impressed and feel honored. You'll love the 125, you can pretty much have whatever you want, within reason that is.
Can't wait to see the start of your thread.

I was also going to get T-5 lighting. If you want to upgrade I would stay away from MH since you live in AZ. There is a T-5 fixture made by Aquactinics called the Constellation. It is 72 inches fit for a 125 and contains 14 39w bulbs. Each bulb is individually reflected and the fixture has built in fans. It is a little cheaper than a MH retro-fit kit and being T-5 also very engergy efficient and it runs cool. Just google the fixture and you will find it if you are interested. It is the fixture I am planning to get and hear it is very good.

That's what I would like to upgrade to (Constellation). My husband wants the MH because of the nice shimmer effect, but I told him if we got those we would need a chiller. So, if he wants to spend the money great, but at this point we can't afford either one. The lights I have now were only $45 each.

Wow...now thats a light fixture...I noticed bulbs not included

That would take near an hour or better to take the old bulbs out and put the new bulbs in when you changed them...crazyness..I am thinking about buying another 400watt 14k to mount over the 125 when I go it this weekend and add 1 Azoo 4 fan unit on one end of the canopy and another on the other end that way it would always have alot of air moving through the canopy..Sound like that might work or do you guys think I should sell the 400 and buy a 2x250 retro??..(Sorry AZ wasnt trying to steal the thread..my question sounded shorter in my head)

That stinks!
I have a great lfs and know that I'm pretty lucky. Looks like you'd be better off ordering some lr from here (SWF). I ordered 100 lbs and was NOT disappointed.

No problems.
If I do go with MH I will be going with a retro kit. No sense in paying all that extra money when I'll have a canopy to hide all the hardware.

OK, so you have to tell us.....what is the cost with the fixture AND bulbs? All together what did you spend? (Going over to your thread to take a look.)

Great tank, I read most of the diary on my lunch break lol. Can't wait to see more pics/updates on this tank!

I'm still reading and trying to get as much knowledge as I can before I start my tank.

I would love to see pics of your tank once you get your Constellation set up. How many actinics did you get?
