You can probably find someone in your local reef club that has "Blue Tubs" zoanthids. LFS's never have them, but a lot of people in the hobby do.
Cleaner Wrasse will not fight with the McCosker's. They are different types of wrasses and get along fine together.
Jawfish is fine as well. Just don't put another bottom dweller (goby) with them, the gobies tend to beat on them.
I'll ask about the Zoas. What exactly does the cleaner clean? and wont the jawfish have issues with the one spot blenny?

A cleaner wrasse will eat any parasites off of your fish, they also eat mucus off of their scales, etc. They can't survive in tanks unless there are other fish for the most part. Mine also eats frozen foods, and it's best to try to find one that eats frozen, which is becoming easier and easier to do. Mine goes around from fish to fish all day picking at them, and the fish don't mind at all, some even swim up to him to be cleaned. They're very much like a cleaner shrimp.
The BlueSpot Jawfish should not be an issue with the blenny. Honestly, I've owned three and they've all been shy little whimps. They just don't like sand dwelling gobies, because they feel like their territory is being intruded upon. They are beautiful fish in the home aquarium, the blue is amazing, it looks like the fish is covered in blue gem stones.

wife said that the wrasse is ugly so thats not an option. Reviewing the stock list, what gets removed in order to have the jawfish?

Here it is I think:
1x McCosker's
1x purple firefish
second round of cleaners
2x pajama cardinal fish or 2x Kaudern's cardinal fish
1x Orange Spot Blenny
3rd round of cleaners
1x orchid dottyback
1x royal gramma
final round of cleaners
2x Ocellaris clownfish
1x Flame angelfish or 1x Coral Beauty
1x Spotted mandarin

I don't think a Blue Spot Jawfish would be an issue with that list.

correct list is here https://forums.saltwaterfish.com/forum/thread/380344/building-my-56-gallon-column-reef-tank/440#post_3328280
I dont think it would be a problem compatability wise. What about bioload wise? the skimmer is rated for 90 gallons and there are about 60 in the system total I believe. When would it go in?
I don't think it would really add that much more to your bioload and it probably could go in at any time from here on out.

Good to know.
Problem: I had a pepp pass on last night. I saw it sitting on the bottom and thought it was going to molt so I left it there over night. This morning I look in the same spot expecting to see a molt and I see a pepp on its back. Water params:
78 degrees
1.025 SG
7.8 pH
.25 ammonia (from the shrimp all night?)
0 nitrite
20 nitrate
Is it possible i scared him to death yesterday when the rock work came down? I did see both pepps after the rockwork fell so I knew no one was trapped. Both seemed to be fine. Odd that I am having issues with just the pepps. Big Red is doing fine and has taken ownership of more of his side of the tank.
I tried "spackling" in the aiptasia. Well I didnt do a good job on one apparently. It is squeezing out and I need to spackle it up more.

Your issue with peppermint shrimp is odd.
I'm still on the fence about your fire shrimp, and suspect that he may still be the culprit here.
For me, I don't think the ammonia should go up just from one peppermint shrimp dying overnight. That throws up a little red flag for me. What is your CUC as of right now?

snails + shrimp in tank are:
1x fire shrimp
1x pepp
1x fighting conch
3x margarita
1x nassi
2x astrea
1x cerith
3x mystery snails that we havent IDed as of yet. They appear to be from the whelch family as they have black conical shells with black snouts. Yea i saw a baby snail so they are multiplying.
1x mystery snail that has a white spiral snail
1x mystery snail that was tentatively IDed as a spiral astrea snail
around 6 limpets maybe more
No one is acting wierd of behaving weird. They all seem to be eating well and getting along fine. When the 2 pepps were alive, they had taken up home above the fire shrimp and he didnt seem to mind. when the tank was fed, he did strut his stuff to "scare" them off but they got food anyways. Of the 2 deceased pepps that were removed from the tank, neither one showed real signs of damage to them. The first one looked like part of the exoskelleton was flaking off in a small spot. The recent one just looked like he normally did. About the only thing I can come up with is that I scared them to death with rock movement in the tank.

its a small tank and there are only a few spots they can get to that I cannot see. Normally at feeding time they all come out to catch the crap that falls to the bottom. Well, tonight, only the fire shrimp was out and about getting food. He was overly agressive too. Chasing off the clowns, well trying to anyway. I think its the fire shrimp that is eating the other shrimp and his new name is going to be "trade-in"

Do I win a prize now for saying it was the fire shrimp from the beginning? lol
That sucks that he's so aggressive :(

He really is a pretty "bug" and he always makes the kids laff when he comes out and "struts" his stuff. The wife and I agreed to move him to the sump and get some pepps. If the pepps live for 2 weeks without a fire shrimp in the tank, then he will be traded in back to the LFS.

2 weeks? I didn't know he only had 2 weeks. I think he should have at least 3. He could always live in the QT tank and keep that clean. He's a lot bigger than when we first got him too.
