I think that they are very adaptable to aquarium life, if you have proper conditions, and know what you're doing. If he is eating, and is disease free, I'd purchase him. Let me know what happens! Like tbom said, what size tank do u have?

Well actually, it is only between them two when talked about in private. Once it is posted in a PUBLIC forum, it is open to the public for discussion. This is a discussion/message board. Plus, I like hot883. He is a good person and always has been helpful to people on this message board. I am posting in his defense. He has posted his concern over the issue in another thread, obviously opening it up for discussion among others.
The problem with you saying that you haven't been online everyday is that there is a little feature on this message board called,"view all posts from ______", in which it shows that you have a post, or several posts, every day.
Also, I ask you again. How are you still deciding which angel you are going to get when you don't have any money? If you really cared about hot883, you would pay him back before anything.
I know that you are trying to make him a deal, but that is not the way things work. If the systems are worth so much money, why don't you just sell them yourself and give hot883 the $50?
Also, I want to let you know that none of the systems that you listed are worth that much money. If you look at the popular auction site, you will find an original boxed atari, with 25 games, controllers, etc. for $9.99. There is also a boxed sega genesis on there, with 30 games, for $40. There is a sega dreamcast on there, with 2 games, for $15. There is also an original playstation on there for $11. No way are any of those things worth $50 alone.

Whether it is the auction site or not, this is the same way a store like GameStop or EB Games works when they give you money for trade ins. They are not going to give you more than they know they can get for them. I was able to buy a brand new, never-used sega dreamcast a few years ago for $25 at Toys R Us. I gave away my original playstation because I never used it. GameStop wanted to give me $15 for it.

You're right, Barry is a GREAT person. That's why I'm taking the measures I am to help him out, because I feel bad about what has happened. I am not buying any fish for quite a while, as I said before, I have no money. TAKE A CHILL PILL PLEASE! I could sell the stuff myself, but then it would take even LONGER to get him his money. He's waited long enough, IMO. And, E B A Y is a crapshot. Half the stuff doesnt work. Maybe they arent worth as much as they were, but I am willing to combine stuff. Please, STAY OUT OF IT. Stores like that take the BARE minimum, they're worth a LOT more than that.
