My opinion, drive in rush hour, that is where you know if you can drive. I go nuts. You have no idea... You NJ cops should send a memo across the country that you want to do a "Left Lane Month" where they crack down on idiots that ride in the left lane and talk on their phones, drive the speed limit or less, and otherwise do nothing productive at all.
This is a HUGE pet peeve of mine and causes traffic where there should otherwise be none. I think left lane riders are the building blocks of traffic jams and it would be a 12 point violation if it were up to me...
