Thank you cyclops.
Whew....that is hard....I know what I want.....will they all be a compatible fit ...probably not.....Let me write down what I would love to see in my tank...not necessarily what I will get because I know I will get ripped to shreds....
CORALS, this is going to be a reef...not sure which ones I want yet though...
Clown Fish (Percula or the Black and White Percula) - have two little guys so you know a couple of the cast of Nemo must appear
Blue Hippo Tang
Annularis Angel - I know angels eat corals...But I really do like the look of that guy
Powder Blue Tang - yes I know, in a 135 I should only have 1 tang...however...
Orange Basslet
Other than that, I haven't really given it much thought to be honest with you...I was going to do what every other newbie typically does...as time nears...throw a thread out there...and see what I would get back....or read through some of the other threads.

Thank you Bonita and JayC.....
I have a question for anyone who can help.....in week 2.5 of my cycle. I have these airbubbles/pockets that appear under my rocks. I go in there and get rid of them to the best of my ability, but more appear. What could be causing this? Is it a flow problem? I have my mag 18 return and a MJ 1200 in there.....do I need more? I am planning on getting a MJ mod for the 2400 gph...

My goodness....Shawn, you're back...it's been a while....you had given me some information, much appreciated...guess what...I am up and running....with the skimmer you recommended
ASM G-2
in the latter pictures of this post, I have approx 130 lbs of rock...but this weekend, I went and bought another 60 lbs...so I am sitting at about anywhere from 180 - 190 lbs of rock in the tank (but no pictures yet)...
I am in week 3 of the cycle......and belive it or not, I have seen the ammonia spike up to 1.0....fall....then trites spike and fall...and now they are both down to 0....trates are at about 20 ppm....salinity 1.021...PH a little low - 8.0
I REFUSE to believe that my tank is fully cycled, however from research....I should be (levels rising and dropping)...could it have been because I cycled initially with about 50 lbs of live rock before buying all the base rock?
Just trying to do things right this time around.

2563.....Thank you very much...I had a neighbor come over today....and he was awestruck.....I remember when it was just some wood up...he made some idiot remark about messing up my house, LOL...then he comes in today, and is inquiring how much I would charge to do something like that to his house....LOL...but to me, it is an okay job...could have done better, but could have done worse too I suppose....
Thank you

Approx 190 lbs of rock.

This guy and a neon goby (that is steady hiding in my rock) came from my old tank.

My wife was just as eager for the cycle to finish and I didn't know...she surprised me with a blue hippo and cleaner shrimp

And here are a couple of corals (some frags) I got...love my frogspawn

I love the aquascaping! What's the coral in the last picture ?

I was looking at the first pictures, during construction and couldn't help but notice that the clock sitting on the half-wall didn't leave until the wall was up but a beer bottle magicly appears next to it.

2563, Thanks for the compliments....can't explain how the beer got there ha ha....nor can I confess to how many appeared and disappeared during the process. The last one is a purple rod gorgornian...or so said the site I got it from. I like it it is about 7" - 8" tall. I also have an orange rod gorg that I failed to take a picture of. That one is a little bigger than the purple one, but the purple catches the eye more.

Thanks Justin....I purchased it for $15 bucks. I was in awe. Went to this woman's house who has a 400 gal display, and another 400 under her tank as a coral propogation tank / sump. She has all sorts of goodies...and let this go really cheap. Actually walked away with quite a few goodies. That other big peice that has all the zoos and the kenya on it was also 15 bucks...she hooked me up

need to touch up the back of the tank. The paint is peeling in places that I have had an excess of tank water coming down from me playing in it.
